Yeah... so I like to have a few drinks from time to time, but that never amounted to much besides pouring some gin over a few ice cubes along with a couple of olives and a splash of dry vermouth. Then, I attended a couple cocktail parties and realized that the process could be just as enjoyable as the effects. So, I built this site to document the process.
Enjoy!
My Last Few Drinks...

White Rose
This feels (tastes) like a classic drink with the combination of orange and lime juices -plus- the egg white AND the maraschino liqeur. Nice drink... just wish I could have floated the cherry on top.

Prado
So, now I'm searching for recipes that use raw egg. I guess it's probably only a matter of time before I wake-up in the middle of the night with food poisoning. It'll be worth it, though. This one is amazing, as well, and it's always nice to have another recipe that uses tequila up my sleeve.

Whiskey Sour
"Finally used egg whites..." I watched an episode of "The Cocktail Spirit" by Robert Hess today where he made a whiskey sour that used egg white and it inspired me to finally use egg white using his recipe. Amazing to say the least. First time but not the last to be sure!

Singapore Sling
"Finally got Benedictine..." About a week ago, I'm in the store looking to try something new and I spot the Heering Cherry Liquer. On the back, it mentions it's a requirement to make a Singapore Sling, so I buy it. Then, when I check the recipes, I notice that Benedictine is another requirement. Now, my mentor told me once WHICH bottle of Benedictine to buy (DOM... not B&B), but every time I went into the store I forgot which one was the right one. So, this finally forced me to figure it out and I finally made this drink, which is rather good, but I think a need a truly skilled hand to properly make it for me.

Tequilini
"Ugh..." See?!? THIS is why I scoff at all of the "...ini" drinks. It's a stupid gimmick. This is basically a margarita with vermouth instead of Cointreau. Are you reading that?!? How can you substitute Cointreau with vermouth?!? Ridiculous. Tastes like crap.
